Arthur is the Managing Member of Elk & Elk Co., Ltd. in Cleveland, Ohio. He has represented medical malpractice and wrongful death victims for more than 25 years. Art, just two years out of law school, was elected Ashland Ohio's County Prosecuting Attorney for two successive four year terms. After having been the youngest Prosecuting Attorney in the State of Ohio, Art chose to leave the public sector and enter the private practice of law. Art has found great satisfaction in providing injury victims with quality legal services in all major areas of injury law. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a bachelors degree in Management and Marketing and from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor Degree. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida.

Kelley's Civil trial work in State and Federal Courts in matters of medical negligence/ wrongful death arising from birth injury and surgery, as well as oncological, cardiac and pharmaceutical causes. Mr. Kelley presented to Jury approximately 70 cases, including, felony prosecution, criminal defense, civil defense and civil plaintiff. He was Lead Counsel on cases in more than 30 Ohio counties, The Court of Appeals and The Supreme Court of Ohio.

Stephen S. Crandall brings a unique perspective to handling your case as he began his career as a defense lawyer. Steve was formally an associate at Jacobson, Maynard, Tuschman & Kalur Co., LPA from 1992 to 1997 where he defended physicians, nurses and hospitals in medical malpractice lawsuits throughout the State of Ohio. Steve then moved to Reminger & Reminger Co, LPA from 1997-2001 where he was he was a partner. While with Reminger, Steve continued his representation of the insurance industry and tried numerous complexes cases to verdict, numbering nearly 100 by that time. In 2001, Steve joined the Elk & Elk team and switched the focus of his practice to the representation of catastrophically injured individuals and their families against the same defenses industry that he has once represented. His former representation has allowed him to utilize the experience and knowledge to now help individuals and families against the medical industry, pharmaceutical industry or in cases revolving around negligence in accidents of any kind.

Craig has represented families and individuals in medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, medical neglect and wrongful death litigation since 1997. Prior to joining Elk & Elk Associates Co., Ltd. and developing a multi-state practice, Craig was an associate at a small personal injury firm in Cincinnati, Ohio where he assisted in obtaining numerous multi-million dollar settlements on personal injury and wrongful death cases. Craig has served as lead counsel in many jury trials.
